I’m not sure when the transition from choreographed dancing around you in purple shirts to drive by shootings and violent murders happened, but I’m pretty sure “gang violence” in the 80′s consisted mostly of feelings being hurt from unwanted makeovers and snarky comments about people’s outfits.
