Seen here as it would appear during sunny and rainy conditions (respectively, obviously), the Window Phone is a concept phone that seems to have been derived from the coital activities of an ordinary window and an iPhone.  From Tuvie:

The Window Phone is a concept mobile phone that is able to transform its appearance like a window as per the weather. The phone is designed as a thin, clear and transparent plastic sheet, which remains clear during a sunny day, becomes humid during a rainy day and takes a dump outlook during a snowy day. The user can write text messages or draw pictures on the phone in different weather conditions which will later transform and show as SMS characters. The screen features sensitive interaction with the user and comprises the state of a window in different weather conditions.

Coolest part, if you want to write text messages, you have to fog up the window with your breath, and it converts it to text.

It’s unclear of what powers this phone…or where the electronics are stored…or how this thing will even fucking work. So, after no research at all, I’m going to go ahead and pick the most obvious explanation of “magic”. Until Apple invents a Magic app, they’re going to have a seriously difficult time competing with this little guy.
