I don’t know about the rest of you, but once I got my hands on this, Blueprint 3 fell to the wayside and I haven’t listened to it since.  Meanwhile, this little bitch has been on repeat in every musical outlet I own since I got it.  It’s the perfect sequel to one of my favorite hip-hop albums and The Chef must have been slow cooking this shit since ’95 because he picks up right where OB4CL left off.

Production from RZA, J Dilla, Dr. Dre, Marley Marl, Pete Rock.  Guest appearances from most of the Wu and some other notable figures.  It’s phenomenal.  Raekwon dragged a classic nineties album kicking and screaming into the present, and I couldn’t thank him more for doing so.

Drops September 8th.  I’m buying it even though I have it because it deserves the numbers.  I would advise you to do the same if you’re in the same position.

My compliments to The Chef.
