Maurizio Cattelan: L.O.V.E
View Comments Controversial artist Maurizio Cattelan’s previously named “Omnia Munda Mundi (“To The Pure [Men], All Things [Are] Pure”) made its debut yesterday in front of the Italian Stock Exchange building in Milan’s Piazza Affari. Maurizio says:
Officially it’s name is L.O.V. E. – so it stands for love – but everyone can read between the lines and take away the message they see for themselves.
The sculpture was donated to the city but immediately turned down by its administrators. However, it will be on display for 10 days (during Milan’s fashion week).
