View Comments One of the coolest mobile applications I’ve seen in a long time. Quest Visual has been working on Word Lens for the past 2.5 years. The app, which can be downloaded for free from the App Store, translates Spanish signs to English in real-time, and vice-versa, using your video camera on your iPhone.
View Comments An individual in San Francisco going by the name “Sandwich” has been wheatpasting stills from the infamous “Collateral Murder” video with gameplay images from Halo 2 overlaid on top. This is supposedly another piece Sandwich has taken credit for.
View Comments For anyone that thought the original trailer needed less CGI and more bear attacks.
On one hand, the movie’s portrayal of bears as picnic basket-loving, vehicle-operating, talking teddy bears that crave human friendship is not only incorrect, but dangerous. On the other hand, it could lead to more bear attacks on film for our amusement. Catch 22, I guess.
