T’is sad the artist(s) responsible have closed their doors. They gave us a small glimpse of a possible future to a favorite pairing. Being able to believe that Hobbes now has Calvin’s own child to get into mayhem with… Cliche’s like ‘tears of joy’ don’t do it any justice at all.

On a more “I _knew_ it” note, I’m pretty sure that’s Susie Derkins in panel 2. I juuuuuust KNEW it!
