Look at the perspective of the photos. The first is likely taken from someone standing on the sidewalk in front of the wall. The second is likely taken from across the street.

Yeah, the building has that little hole above the Art and a stick sticking out from the right side of the building- the first pic is just closer ^_^ I must agree with the unknown artist that Cocks on a building look better than the coverup job.
