Zynga, the company behind popular Facebook games FarmVille, CityVille and Mafia Wars, has filed for a $1 billion IPO.
Zynga hasn’t released a number of shares or a price range, and the size of the IPO could change. Reuters says the company could raise as much as $2 billion, with a valuation at $15-20 billion.
