I think this is positively revolting. It is an insult not only to Michael but also to his new wife who is the blonde in the video. Just because he speaks distinctly so he is easy to dub doesn’t mean you have the right to obliterate a song that he wrote himself. To the commentors wsho haven’t heard the original, Here you go,
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS VIDEO!! Did I mention..I LOVE THIS VIDEO? Even MB said he’s seen it and thinks it’s genius..Great Job people at BLR(Bad Lip Reading) I can’t stop watching …
Hear, if you must, the original song — the treacly “Haven’t Met Her Yet,” which is so juvenile that it could only appeal to 13-year-old girls. The amazing thing is not only have the words been changed, the tune is completely different and much better than the original. When I saw Michael Buble’s video praising it, I respected him for the first time — at least he is smart enough and wise enough to recognize the genius of this. They say that one guy — a video producer from Texas, who does not want to disclose his name because he hopes to get more standard video work — does the BLR videos, but I do not believe it. It is so good, so seamless, I have to believe that there are several guys in the industry behind this who want to keepl their identies secre so they can continue to work. Their videos of “Bad Unbrella” (originally the soporofic “Party in the USA”) with Miley Cyrus and the hilarious send-up of the self-importance of the Black-Eyed Peas (“Everbody Poops”) are just a good. How do they dub the voices? I cannot believe that they are impressioonists. In “Black Umbrella,” the SLR video features Snoop Dawg in a funny bit, althoug the source video does not. I cannot image that anyone is doing a dead-on Snoop Dawn impression, because it sounds just like him.
