After 5 years of being in the wild, Damian Aspinall is reunited with Kwibi, a gorilla he raised like a son. After spending a day bonding with Kwibi and his family, Damian managed to duck out while Kwibi gathered some raisins, much to Kwibi’s dismay.

A new extensive study finds no evidence to link cellphone use with cancer.

Over the past couple of years, reports have suggested that cellphones may cause cancer or claimed the opposite. However, the interesting thing about this latest study is that it’s sample size is the entire adult population of Denmark.

Researchers from Copenhagen’s Department of Epidemiology and Public Health divided Danish adults (30 years of age and over) born after 1925 into subscribers and non-subscribers of mobile phones before 1995. The study found that occurrences of cancer among the two groups were nearly equal.

Obama: “America’s War In Iraq Will Be Over” At Years End – [CNN]

U.S. President Barack Obama, announcing Friday that “the rest of our troops will come home by the end of the year,” said: “After nearly nine years, America’s war in Iraq will be over.”

The new partnership with Iraq will be “strong and enduring” after U.S. troops leave the country, Obama said in the White House briefing room. The United States will continue its interest in a strong, stable Iraq after U.S. troops leave, the president said.

“Today I can say that our troops in Iraq will definitely be home for the holidays,” Obama said.
